The 2nd Kleinwalsertal Hiking Festival 2026 is now behind us, and we look back on unforgettable moments together, plenty of hiking fun, and a wonderful shared experience in our mountain world. Despite the rainy weather, we made the best of it together and celebrated the joy of hiking.

And the excitement continues: We’re already looking forward to welcoming you back to the Kleinwalsertal Hiking Festival in 2027! We’ll announce the exact date and all further details here shortly.

Highlight of the week HIKE THE VALLEY

On three varied trails, hiking enthusiasts were able to enjoy nature together at the 2nd Hiking Festival 2026 and experience a day full of camaraderie and the joy of hiking.

At the finish line in front of the Walserhaus in Hirschegg, a varied program of activities, musical entertainment, a children’s program, and culinary delights awaited the participants—the perfect way to round out a day spent together in the mountains.

Even the youngest participants had a blast on the Bronze Trail. With the Hiking Festival stamp passport, five Burmi stamp stations, and a photo frame to capture beautiful family moments, the hike turned into a fun-filled adventure.

The starter bag also held some great surprises: a Burmi stuffed animal or a voucher for an exciting nature exploration adventure. At the finish line, the children were delighted to receive their certificate, the hiking pin, and a small surprise for completing their stamp passport—an unforgettable experience for the whole family!
